After the successful appointment of a business correspondent of India Post  Payment Bank, you will provide services like; account opening, cash deposit, and withdrawal, and many more. If you are interested to become a Business Correspondent of IPPB then read the below eligibility and fulfil the same and you can be a Business Correspondent.

  1. Individuals retired bank employees, retired teachers, retired government employees, and ex-servicemen.
  2. Individual Public Call Office (PCO) operators.
  3. Individual owners of Kirana stores/medical/fair price shops etc.
  4. Agents of Small Savings schemes of Government of India (GoI) / insurance companies,
  5. Individual petrol pump owners.
  6. Individuals operating Common Service Centres (CSCs).
  7. Individuals running Browsing Centres/Eateries.
  8. Authorized functionaries of well-run Self Help Groups (SHGs) that are linked to banks.
  9. Similar other entities
If you read all eligibility and you have no eligibility from the above-mentioned lists. Don't Worry, I will suggest you some eligibility which is you can fulfil easily. If you are 18 years old then you can register for the CSC centre by getting TEC Certificate. I will update you on the same that how to register CSC centre.

If you have any eligibility from the above-mentioned list then you have filled the application form with identity and address proof. The best possible list of identity and address proof is below;
Required Documents:

Proof of Identity (any of the below)
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID Card
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Identity Card
  • Job Card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
Proof of Address (any of the below)
  • Certificate/License issued by the Municipal authorities under the shops & establishment act
  • Sales and income tax return
  • CST/VAT certificate
  • Certificate/ registration document issued by sales tax/ services tax/ professional tax authorities
  • A license issued by the registering authority like Certificate of Practice issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Indian Medical Council, Food and Drug Control Authorities, importer/exporter, registration / licensing document issued in the name of the proprietary concern by the Central Government or State Government /Authority / Department
  • The complete Income Tax Return (Not Just the acknowledgment) in the name of the sole proprietor where the firm’s income is reflected duly authenticated /acknowledged by the Income Tax Authorities.
  • Utility bills such as electricity, water, and landline telephone bill in the name of proprietary (Not more than 2 months old).
  • Certificate under Shop & Establishment Act. 
NOTE: Carry your original education certificates with a Xerox copy also carry your all original documents.

The terms and conditions and engagement will be as per the agreement to be entered with the Bank. The draft application form is also annexed below.
